Following Outline Approval Planning Application CB/14/02348/OUT for Harlington Station Yard, Station Road. HPC has now received an updated communication from Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) regarding the Reserved Matters Planning CB/18/01651/RM.
Please refer to the Minutes section of this website (listed under June 2018) to read a copy of Harlington Parish Council Meeting Minutes ‘Objection’ response to CBC previously submitted by HPC in June 2018.
HPC is a statutory body which can submit an opinion & response to Planning Applications, however HPC wish to re-iterate that it does not have the power to change over rule a final decision granted by Central Bedfordshire Council.
Any resident wishing to respond to the recent communication regarding Reserved Matter Plans CB/18/01651/RM can do so by attending the next CBC Development Management Committee (DMC) Meeting.
There would be an opportunity for a member of the public to speak about it if they want to - a total of 3 minutes are allowed. This can be one person speaking for three minutes or divided up between people. A group of residents could decide amongst themselves to nominate one person as the 'speaker'.
The next CBC Development Management Committee Meeting is scheduled for 10am, 6th of March 2019 at the following address:
